Applications for International Workshop “Bridging the Gap: Approaches and Policies for Reducing Inequalities”
The German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) invites applications for the international expert workshop “Bridging the Gap: Approaches and Policies for Reducing Inequalities” which is organised in cooperation with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). Policy makers, scholars and practitioners from the South and the North will discuss how international development cooperation can contribute to reduce inequalities and to achieve SDG 10.
Among the speakers who have confirmed their participation are Frances Stewart (Professor Emeritus, University of Oxford), Stephan Klasen (Professor, University of Göttingen and President of the European Development Research Network) and Mario Negre (Senior-Economist, World Bank).
