Call for Posters on "Bodily Integrity and Freedom"
CREA is calling out for creative, innovative, in short super stunning posters on Bodily Integrity and Freedom. The top three posters selected will be turned into exciting merchandise such as magnets and stickers. The merchandise will be distributed at the AWID Forum this year.
The AWID Forum 2016 - 'Feminist Futures: Building Collective Power for Rights and Justice' is being held from 8-11 September in Bahia, Brazil, and CREA will be conducting a session here on Bodily Integrity and Freedom.
The Association for Women's Rights in Development (AWID), CREA, Coalition of African Lesbians (CAL), and RESURJ invite you to join us in this collaborative journey of reclaiming the body in all its diversity, ways of being and expression, in the form of posters that reflect the way you interpret bodily integrity and freedom in your own unique way. You may submit new material and/or existing material.*
The entries will also be featured on CREA's Facebook page as part of a contest, and opened up for voting in early August. The winner will receive some fun CREA merchandise.
